The Challenge
In pharmaceutical manufacturing, seamless traceability and efficient warehouse management are essential. Viktoria Apotheke wanted to digitalize its processes in this segment in order to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
To meet these challenges, Viktoria Apotheke looked for a modern, user-friendly solution that would meet its requirements and digitalize key processes. ODION was commissioned to implement Odoo in order to digitally map the manufacturing warehouse and purchasing processes.
Our Solution:
ODION implemented the Odoo modules for warehouse and purchasing, enabling all raw materials and products to now be managed and tracked digitally. Employees received comprehensive training in the Odoo standard to ensure smooth use of the new solution.
In addition, the mobile Odoo solution was implemented, allowing for more direct recording of warehouse movements. This enables the Viktoria Apotheke team to manage various processes digitally and significantly faster.
With this digitalization, Viktoria Apotheke has modernized its warehouse processes and created a foundation for future expansions. The next steps include digitalizing further areas, including manufacturing, shipping, and accounting processes.

With ODION Reports, you can design your documents far more flexibly than with the Odoo Business Suite standard. In addition to custom layouts and texts, you can arrange elements via drag & drop and customize headers and footers. The ODION Reports form configurator can be flexibly adapted to your corporate design. Using positions, you determine which fields appear on the document. Layout elements such as line breaks, dividing lines, and font styles, as well as printing PDF attachments, sections, and notes, can be freely combined. The totals block displays net, gross, and tax amounts with customizable labels.
ODION Reports supports the individual design of quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, labels, and virtually all other documents and reports within the Odoo Business Suite. All templates can be flexibly customized to your requirements.
