How Autoglas Saarbrücken started its journey toward a paperless future with ODION.

Like many small businesses, Autoglas Saarbrücken had long relied on paper-based processes for accounting, attendance tracking, and vacation planning. Documents had to be managed manually, which was not only time-consuming but could also lead to errors. In addition, the requirements for digital invoice management were growing, particularly with the introduction of e-invoicing in Germany.

To meet these challenges, Autoglas Saarbrücken looked for a solution to optimize its processes and minimize paperwork. ODION was commissioned to implement an efficient software solution with Odoo.

ODION implemented the Odoo Business Suite with a particular focus on the digital capture of supplier invoices and employee management. In addition, document management was implemented using the Odoo standard, enabling structured and efficient management of all relevant documents.

Attendance and vacation management were also digitalized. Employees can now conveniently record their working hours and vacation requests through the system, significantly simplifying administration.

With these measures, Autoglas Saarbrücken was able to optimize its internal processes, reduce administrative workload, and pave the way toward a paperless future.
