The Challenge
Legro Maschinenbau GmbH, a leading company in the manufacturing industry based in Schmelz, embarked on its digitalization journey together with ODION. To remain competitive, the company decided to modernize its outdated processes and implement more efficient systems.
Until now, Legro had primarily relied on Office applications such as Word and Excel, as well as paper-based workflows, to manage its business processes. These outdated methods were inefficient, error-prone, and resulted in increased effort in day-to-day administration and organization.
Our Solution:
ODION implemented the Odoo Business Suite at Legro, enabling the company to review and optimize its existing business processes. Within just three months, Legro was able to use the ERP system productively, significantly improving its business operations. The implementation of Odoo enabled more efficient organization and automation of workflows. Further digitalization projects are already planned to build on this success.
