Viktoria Apotheke in Saarbrücken stands for high-quality pharmaceutical products and customised formulations. In order to meet the increasing demands for efficiency and traceability, the pharmacy decided in favour of a digital transformation in the area of production.
The challenge:
Complete traceability and efficient warehouse management are essential in pharmaceutical production. Viktoria Apotheke wanted to digitalise its processes in this segment in order to optimise workflows and increase efficiency.
To overcome these challenges, Viktoria Apotheke was looking for a modern and user-friendly solution that would meet its requirements and digitalise important processes. ODION was commissioned with the implementation of Odoo to digitise the warehouse and purchasing of the production.
Our solution:
ODION introduced the Odoo modules for warehouse and purchasing, which means that all raw materials and products can now be managed and tracked digitally. The employees were comprehensively trained in the Odoo standard to ensure smooth handling of the new solution.
In addition, the mobile Odoo solution was implemented, which enables stock movements to be recorded more directly. This allows the Viktoria Apotheke team to manage various processes digitally and much faster.
With this digitalisation, Viktoria Apotheke has modernised its warehouse processes and created a basis for future expansions. In the next steps, the digitalisation of other areas, as well as the manufacturing, shipping and accounting processes, is planned.
