With the flexible configuration, you can design your documents professionally and individually. From the company logo to the exact arrangement and formatting of the items - with the extension in Odoo, we offer you all the tools you need to create your documents exactly according to your company's requirements. Forms can be filled individually for each customer contact - professionally, completely and precisely tailored to the respective requirements.

Individual formatting options
  • The form configurator offers a wide range of design options: Numerous options allow the layout to be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. Elements such as line breaks, separators and different font styles can be used in a targeted manner to present content in a structured and appealing way. This enables a customized presentation that is both functional and visually appealing.

  • The order of the entries is displayed in the report according to the order in the configurator, whereby you can adjust the positions using drag & drop.

Item table and main content of the documents
  • The “Items” tab allows you to precisely configure the item table, which represents the main content of the document. Here you define which fields of the data model are included in the document and whether certain fields should be split, for example for longer descriptions that are split at page breaks.

Individual sorting and print options
  • The arrangement of the columns and items can be customized. You are free to decide whether to sort them by item number or in a user-defined order. This gives you full control over the presentation of your content - clear, structured and exactly how it best suits your processes.

  • Further customization options such as adding separators between the individual items and the option to print product PDF attachments, sections and notes round off the flexibility.

Totals block and flexible labeling options
  • The totals block ensures that all relevant amounts such as net amount, total amount and tax amount are displayed correctly. You can customize the labels for these totals according to your requirements and thus ensure greater clarity in your receipts.

Optimized configuration of form content
  • The freely editable configuration of headers and footers in Odoo offers companies an easy way to provide their documents with essential business information and their corporate design.

  • With individually configurable text templates, texts can not only be created more quickly, but also maintained at a consistently high level of quality. Whether flexibly inserted as required or automatically integrated as standard - the templates optimize the workflow and reduce manual effort.

  • In ODION Reports, texts can be added as blocks and placed at various points in the document.

  • With the “Widget” selection, you can also display monetary amounts and dates in the desired format.

Page layout and stationery customization
  • Storing company-specific stationery ensures a consistent appearance across all reports.

  • You can define spacing between items and add page numbers to ensure a consistent presentation of your documents.

  • The letter window can be adjusted using the selection fields to further optimize the display. If your company has stored a letterhead in Odoo, this is automatically used for the header and footer, so that manual adjustment is not necessary.

  • If a letterhead is missing, you can customize the layout directly via “Edit layout”.
