The Challenge
LEGRO Lenhof & Gross GmbH, a well-established specialist in machine and tool engineering based in Schmelz, set out on the road to digitalisation together with ODION. To stay competitive, the company decided to modernise its outdated processes and introduce more efficient systems.
Until then, LEGRO had relied mainly on office applications such as Word and Excel, along with paper-based processes, to manage its business operations. These methods were inefficient, prone to errors and created a growing administrative burden in day-to-day management and organisation.
Our Solution:
ODION introduced the Odoo Business Suite at LEGRO, providing the opportunity to rethink and streamline its existing business processes. In just three months, LEGRO had the ERP system up and running, significantly improving its business processes as a result. Introducing Odoo enabled more efficient organisation and greater automation of workflows. Further digitalisation projects are already in the pipeline, to build on this success.
