The Challenge
Like many small businesses, Autoglas Saarbrücken relied on paper-based processes for a long time – in accounting, attendance tracking and holiday planning. Documents had to be managed by hand, which was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. On top of that, the demands on digital invoice management were growing, particularly with the introduction of e-invoicing in Germany.
To meet these challenges, Autoglas Saarbrücken went looking for a way to streamline its processes and cut down on paperwork. ODION was commissioned to introduce an efficient software solution based on Odoo.
Our Solution:
ODION implemented the Odoo Business Suite with a particular focus on the digital capture of supplier invoices and on employee management. In addition, document management was set up using Odoo's standard functionality, enabling all relevant records to be managed in a structured and efficient way.
Attendance and holiday management were digitalised as well. Employees can now log their working hours and submit holiday requests conveniently through the system, making administration considerably easier.
With these measures, Autoglas Saarbrücken was able to streamline its internal processes, reduce administrative overhead and set out towards a paperless future. Thanks to ODION and Odoo, Autoglas Saarbrücken now works more efficiently and more digitally. We look forward to continuing our partnership and to new, exciting digitalisation projects ahead!
