The challenge:
Like many small companies, Autoglas Saarbrücken worked for a long time with paper-based processes in accounting, attendance recording and holiday planning. Documents had to be managed manually, which was not only time-consuming but could also lead to errors. In addition, the requirements for digital invoice management were growing, particularly due to the introduction of e-invoicing in Germany.
To overcome these challenges, Autoglas Saarbrücken was looking for a solution to optimise its processes and minimise paperwork. ODION was commissioned to introduce an efficient software solution with Odoo.
Our solution:
ODION implemented the Odoo Business Suite with a focus on the digital recording of supplier invoices and employee management, among other things. In addition, document management was implemented in the Odoo standard to enable structured and efficient management of all relevant documents.
Attendance and holiday management was also digitised. Employees can now conveniently record their working hours and holiday requests via the system, which makes administration much easier.
These measures have enabled Autoglas Saarbrücken to optimise its internal processes, reduce the administrative workload and usher in a paperless future.
Thanks to ODION and Odoo, Autoglas Saarbrücken now works more efficiently and digitally. We look forward to further cooperation and new exciting digitalisation projects!
